Die Cast Collectibles Custom Car Contract

I ____________________________ agree to let Die Cast Collectibles reproduce my racecar and or cars, and for the purpose of resale after the completion of your order at Barona Speedway, Die Cast Collectibles website, die cast shows and various locations including swap meets.

You must choose a package deal from the custom car price list. Add any extra costs to your order. Custom colors need to provided by purchaser. Individuals who wish to place an order must fill out and complete an order form supplied by Die Cast Collectibles. If you can obtain the original vinyl layout from your vinyl shop, than have it put on a CD. These can be supplied by asking the vinyl shop that is doing the vinyl for your car. These can be emailed to us or shipped USPS or UPS. Recommended digital close up shots of your car shall include close up shots of sponsor names, logos, numbers on door panels and roof and shot of complete car, left & right sides.
            Each sponsor that is used by Die Cast Collectibles must submit a letter allowing us to reproduce his or her name, logos and or likenesses. This letter can be hand written, typed or emailed to us at (diecastcollectibles@cox.net). A 50% deposit is required on all orders.

Once all of the criteria are met, the estimated time of delivery is four to six weeks. A proto-type will be shown to you prior to final payment and any sales for your approval. Once car or cars are approved, the balance is due upon delivery and completion or your order.
